• No Cancellations or Refunds:
  Cancellations or refunds are strictly not possible once the booking is confirmed.
   

• Postponement Under Government Order:
  A one-time postponement to the next available date is allowed only in the event of a government order (e.g., lockdown, restriction on gatherings). Postponement will be subject to venue availability at that time.
   

• Rescheduling Validity:
  If an event is postponed, the rescheduling validity is 6 months from the original event date. If the event is not rescheduled within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and any advance amount paid will be forfeited.
   

• Non-Transferable Booking:
  Bookings are strictly non-transferable. The event date or booking cannot be transferred to any other person, relative, or friend. The booking is valid only for the client whose name appears on the original reservation.
